Hankuk University of Foreign Studies' Office of International Affairs consists of the International Affairs Team, International Admissions & Management Team, and the Internatioanl Student Support Center . The OIA plays a leading role in achieving our university's vision of being a "A World-class University of Convergence" Additionally, to cultivate students as "Globally Innovative and Collaborative Talents Leading the Future Era" we provide various internationalization programs, enabling students to grow into globally competitive individuals.

- Establishment and management of sisterhood agreements and exchange agreements with foreign universities and institutions

- Admission and attraction/promotion of foreign exchange students (undergraduate)
- Planning of admission procedures for foreign exchange students
- Attraction and management of overseas admissions cooperation institutions
- Participation in overseas study fairs and admission briefings
- Operation and management of scholarship programs for incoming foreign exchange students
- Management of the International Admissions Committee
- Planning and operation of programs for exchange and visiting students
- Management of external dormitories for exchange and visiting students
International Student Support Center
- Academic, enrollment, and life guidance and support for foreign exchange students
- Support for entry and exit procedures for foreign exchange students
- Establishment and operation of basic plans for life support services for foreign exchange students
- Organization and promotion of various events for foreign exchange students
- Provision of job and part-time work information for foreign exchange students
- Support and management of the Foreign Exchange Student Association
- Establishment and management of a dedicated online channel for foreign exchange students
- Operation and management of scholarship programs for foreign exchange students currently enrolled
- Operation and management of the Foreign Student Learning Support Center
